Please read and respect these TOS anyone caught breaking them will be reported to linden labs for a TOS violation Resulting in a possible fine or other punishments.

Evolutions items are non refundable. Make sure the permissions and the contents are what you are needing before you buy. Most Items are Full Perm, some are not. If Sculpt maps are included in the item, it is stated on the ad. If the ad states nothing about sculpt maps, they are most likely not included.

By Purchasing any of the full perm products from evolutions underground you agree to the following:

You are not to sell these Items at "FULL PERMISSIONS"!!!!!

All Items that you buy, win or otherwise get from this store are for creation ONLY.
You may use them on anything you build/create which then you are able to sell but not give away as a freebie also these items may not be sold at an unreasonable price such as 1L 10L 20L and so on the Suggested Retail Price of a resold product from Evolutions Underground is no less than 50L. If the items are included in a whole outfit, the outfit we request that the outfit be sold at no less than 50 L as well.
You may use our items in an midnight mania/slap and dash board as long as the item used in the outfit/build is being sold for 50L or more in your store This means you can sell an item with mods of your choice or with an outfit but you may not sell the item as is. The item must have either no copy unchecked or no trans unchecked you can NOT use both copy and trans permissions.

You may not use any advertisements or images from Evolutions to resell as your own product. This includes any images included in the box when you purchase from us. you are purchasing the items and sculpts within the box. You are not buying the rights to use the advertisement images as your own.

You may set a new root prim to show you as creator but in doing so does not mean you can disregard the TOS of all evolutions items. We highly recommend changing the creator with a new root prim if you sell the item within a outfit. This helps with YOUR customer service issues. It is frustrating for customers to have to contact us, then be referred back to you. Please keep this in mind.

Sculpt maps may be used with other grids such as inworldz, avitions and so on but you MUST follow these TOS in other grids.
You may export sculpt maps to your hard drive and mod them to your likings and import them back into SL and other grids but you still must follow the TOS set forth.
